THE JJS FINISH was born from a vision to bridge the gap between trade education and industrial careers. Based in New York, we are developing a workforce pathway that secures both a mining assignment and a documented trade-employment arrangement before a participant leaves. Our commitment is to provide a clear, structured bridge to the next step in your professional journey.
